Labeling horizontal axis

I want to be able to chart Patient blood pressure changes as different types and doses of medications are tried I have created the basic chart but can not seem to figure out how to get the horizontal axis to show that group 1 is Systolic,group 2 is Diastolic and group 3 is Pulse. See attached file.
