Establish dynamic links with excel charts data labels

Dear all,
I have created a gauge chart the standard one (doughnut + pie chart) and I would like the needle/indicator of the chart to be dynamically linked to the input value. To achieve that I need one of the data labels of my chart to be dynamically linked not to their original source but to the input value.


In other words is it any way to establish a dynamic link between an excel data label in a chart and a not connected to the chart worksheet value?
