Large spreadsheet; multiple scores on multiple dates for multiple students

I will attach a small example of the huge amount of data I am trying to simplify called "Complete Example.xlsx" . I have tried to resolve the problem in another forum but was unsuccessful. I believe I am not communicating what I need well.

2 versions of 3 test are taken as many times as wanted or needed to reach or surpass a certain cumulative score. The yellow tab in the attached workbook is my goal final product; if anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks
