Creating a third axis within a line graph

Hey guys, so what I have(attached) is a line graph that has certain KPI's at certain percentages. I would like to display those KPI's along the Y axis on the right hand side of the graph. These are simply titles and don't need or have any data points to correlate to. I don't even know if this is possible, but if it is any help would be appreciated. Currently I have them simply as text boxes which would work but my graph is dynamic and the text boxes won't move when the graph expands or contracts. Thanks - KCCO

Can you upload a workbook to look into? The picture is not helpful to play around with...

The key to creating a 3rd axis (2nd y axis) is to use the correct chart type. I remember having a hell of a time trying to add one at one point and ended up changing it from a line graph to an XY scatter and then the option to do so was finally available and easy.

Not sure exactly what you're looking for with just a picture to go by... Is this something you can work with?
