Hi,
I have a Pivot Table with a Grand Total that i can change to a 'Running Total' which is fine. I would like to see these together i.e. Grand totals on 1 row and below that i would like to see the 'Running Totals' is this possible?. I have searched all over and tried various tricks to no avail and would appreciate your help

I can see them individually would like to have both rows at the same time

See the attached file where I have used the same total field for "Running total" .. it appears on the right side of pivot. thanks.

Thank you for the reply DILIPandey. I have tried that method but i need to have the 'Running Total' below the 'Grand Total'
Do you know how i can stack the 'Running Total' so it appears below the normal totals and i could hide the data parts and leave the Overall Totals that way it gives me the intended view?
Okay.. then in that case you can use formulas which can produce Running Total below the Grand Total.
Off-course, if pivot increase that will be overwritten and to handle this you can put this formula far down in the sheet and hide the rows in between so that it appears just down to Grand Total
