Correlating x-axis data with two y-axes that are non-linear

So I only want one line of data in the scatter plot, but I want the the two y-axes two match accordingly. That is, a value of x vs y(left) should be on the vertical scale as x vs. y(right). Does that make sense? I have tried making "dummy" series with x vs. y(right) and secondary y axis, but I can't get it to line up. For clarity, here's the link one of the charts I need to make.

    http://www.filedropper.com/redditscatterplot

It reads in rows; that is, every row has three numbers that I need to match up in the scatter plot.

    Thanks!
