Question How do you change source data for charts using drop down lists?

    Hello,

I am new to excel and eager to learn.

I have been going through some youtube videos looking for help in using drop-down lists using combo boxes but I haven't found what I need.

What I am looking to achieve is to have a source data that will will change numbers by using combo boxes in a source data table to ultimately create a graph. For example: I have products, countries and quarters and I want that the data to change anytime I use the drop down menu to find information from the product in different countries in different timelines (quarters).

I don't know if I am going through the right path but I have created 3 combo boxers so I am able to choose these categories but I don't know how to make data change in a table.

    Any useful tutorial?

    Thank you beforehand.

My 2 Cents would be a Pivot Table and Chart.

perhaps with named ranges? I have never tried it, but it seems like it could work
    1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)

Thanks everyone for the help. Since I'm not a macro user, I solved this by doing some Indexes, and vlookup combos to obtain the charts I wanted.
