Creating a chart that only displays lines with data

Hi all
Attached is an example of a file I have made. The graph at the far right is what I'm working on.
When you select supplier 4 in the list box, you get the first 20 products from the main list, and the %.
What I am trying to do, is when I change to supplier 5, they only sold 12 products, so I want the chart to ignore the blank rows, 13-20.
I'm guessing dynamic named ranges might be what I need, but i am not sure. I can't wrap my head around it.
Any help would be appreciated.
In the real file, 20% of the Suppliers have 15-20 products, and 80% have 0-5 products, so having the graph only display the filled rows is even more beneficial.

I apologize for not being able to find the appropriate thread. I feel my "Threads Solved" to "Threads Started" ratio is high enough to show this wasn't an issue of me not respecting proper forum protocol.

I found the above link to be the best explanation of the formula i have read bar-none. This function applies to so many scenarios that I run into, I will need to start using it.
It seems to be ideal for scenarios where the end user of the file is not the individual who created it, which is the case for myself quite a bit.
