Pivot Table with Ordinal Values and percentage difference

    Hello,

I have two columns of data. Both columns contain ordinal data, that is strings which have increasing levels of desirability, like good, better, best, bestest.

I want to have a pivot table that will show the % increase of say good in the first column to better in the second column.

any ideas as to how to do this?

    thank you.

EDIT, I am now just assigning an integer to the ordinal data.
