Compare 2 Tables to find the PROFIT faster

I need help to get the PROFIT result quickly. I do it manually now. I sort the VENDOR column then manually key in the COGS picked out from the COGS table on the right. In real, we have over 20 vendors and over 50 products. A thousand possibilities to make mistakes Please help me find a real solution to get it done automatically. I wonder if the solution also works in PIVOT.
