Trouble charting total staff assigned per hour in a 24hr weekly layout

I have nearly completed this schedule with many automated formulas and also intend for the empty space at the bottom of each page to have a chart accounting for (X-axis) all 24hrs of a day, and (Y-axis) showing all 7 days of the week. I'd like it to show data such as -- 5 staffed @0700, 5 staffed @0800, 6 staffed @0900, 4 staffed @1500, etc., but I have no idea how to automatically compile that from this data.
Is anyone able to lend a hand of advice?

**Also, an important note is that I have Excel 2010 on my computer, but the company operates on Excel 2007.
