    Auto-adjusting Pivot Tables

I need a way to have a Pivot Table's report filter to automatically change based off of criteria without me having to manually change the Pivot Table. Attached is a file of what I am trying to as an example. Thank you for the help.

    Hi twalker1228,

This should change to what is in Cell D4 automatically -->
Above pointing to cell G4 or H4 (of pivot) where how will you fit in Cell d4's value ?

Also, there is no rank in b4 to select.. please check.

The arrow points to what cell should change. And there should be a validation list in B4 of 1,2,

    Re: Auto-adjusting Pivot Tables

So there is is a cell where i can select a rank (1,2,3), when it choose one of those, I want the pivot table filters to automatically change to what the data pulls; instead of me having to manually change the report filters every time. Does that help?

    Re: Auto-adjusting Pivot Tables

So if I wanted to have numerous pivot tables in a workbook, could I simply duplicate this macro and adjust each macro according to the individual pivot table names?

    Re: Auto-adjusting Pivot Tables

And would I be able to use this for multiple report filters?

    Re: Auto-adjusting Pivot Tables

Same filter cell reference can be used in multiple pivot tables... but for that you need to edit macro to incorporate more pivot tables...

Try doing it on your own.. and if stuck, upload your workbook.. thx
