I need a way to have a Pivot Table's report filter to automatically change based off of criteria without me having to manually change the Pivot Table. Attached is a file of what I am trying to as an example. Thank you for the help.

The arrow points to what cell should change. And there should be a validation list in B4 of 1,2,
sorry, this is not clear to me.

So there is is a cell where i can select a rank (1,2,3), when it choose one of those, I want the pivot table filters to automatically change to what the data pulls; instead of me having to manually change the report filters every time. Does that help?
Okay.. so basis your above example, I have created a sample pivot where Rank will be changed as per Cell A1.

So if I wanted to have numerous pivot tables in a workbook, could I simply duplicate this macro and adjust each macro according to the individual pivot table names?
And would I be able to use this for multiple report filters?
Same filter cell reference can be used in multiple pivot tables... but for that you need to edit macro to incorporate more pivot tables...
Try doing it on your own.. and if stuck, upload your workbook.. thx
