Filtering categories in Pivot Chart

This may be so obvious but for some reason I cannot get the hang of it.

The example file is attached. I am trying to create a pivot table with the 'Type of Program' filter automatically displaying values based on what is selected in 'Tactic' area. Right now, if I select 'Media' from 'Tactic' menu, I can see all the different programs under 'Type of Program'. What I want to do is when one selects 'Media', one is only able to see associated 'Type of Program' with it.

So, once 'Media' is selected from 'Tactic' tab, one should only see 'IFE' and 'Tray Tables' instead of seeing all the other categories.

Is this achievable?
