Disappearing field list in pivot table

    Hello:

I have a question in regards to the filtering part of a pivot table. I created a pivot table that should allow the user to filter the criteria. When the user selects one field, the remaining fields go back to the field table. Is there any way to keep these fields not selected to remain? I am attaching a spreadsheet with my data.

    The spreadsheet looks like this.

    Supplier Q1 Rating Q2 Rating Q3 Rating Q4 Rating
    SupplierA 60 55 95 55
    SupplierB 50 85 96 85

When I add the supplier to the row column it works correctly. The problem I am having is when I add the 4 rating columns to the data in the table it works fine. If the user selects only 1 selection from the filter (lets say Q3 rating), the remaining columns go back to the field list. How can I get them to remain in the filter?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks!
