Graph in a oval shape

Is there any way to have in excel a 100% stacked graph in the shape of a complete oval ?

A donut chart that could be reverted from round to oval would be great, if possible.

Alternately, if I use a donut chart with a gap between segments, how can I program a shape to be visible at each gap?
Is there a way to via vba locate each gap between a segment to know where to place a shape?

What I was looking for was a donut charts that can be distorted to an oval.

It seems to be set to maintain ratios in width and height.

The standard circular charts in excel are just that, circular.

There may be ways to build a chart that appears oval but how really depends on the input data and the required output.

For example you maybe able to draw the oval using xy-scatter lines.

I might look into xy scatter lines a little further.
