Question Problem updating data labels when inserting a new row - Scatter Plot

    Hi all -

I inherited this workbook, so I am working to figure out how it was created. I'd like to be able to insert a new event and have the chart & associated labels automatically update. However, when I add a new row (as I did here in row 12), the new data plots correctly, but the data labels do not. The new data label doesn't show up at all and all subsequent data labels are off by one row. I suspect the issue is that the code for the data labels is absolute, but I can't
figure out where to go to edit it. The attached file shows both the Before & After on separate tabs.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!

Each data label is individually linked to a cell. This addresses will not automatically update. You will need to refresh them with code.

    Thank you, thank you!

The code worked perfectly once I added an additional line to activate the chart. (This will be used by others, so I'm trying to make it as intuitive as possible.) To make it all come together, I added a command button to which I assigned the new Sub. Now all a user has to do is click the button and everything updates automatically. I'll leave it as is unless anyone has a slicker way to update than using a button.

Thanks again for the quick and helpful response.
