Need help to keep records of my food product agency

I have an agency of food product and I buy products from 5 different companies and sell the products to more than 30 sales men on daily basis. Now I want to keep track record of stock of each product, date wise sales men’s record, date wise my buying from 5 different companies, money taken from each sales men & money that is I give to companies. I mean I need a excel sheet format that can manage all these given things and further suggestion would be appreciated.

Please help me on the above.

    Regards

excel should be able to do that for you - if you want someone to help and set-up the spreadsheet , then what are you planning to do with the spreadsheet would be useful and a lot of detail about what you would like to include

theres 1000s of different ways to do this

you could have a product sheet and include who you purchase from
and a sales sheet for each sale your salesman make and when -

it can be as complex and as simple as you are prepared to make the sheet and include data - but will require data entry and that means time

I buy products from 5 different companies
    how many products

sounds like you need an inventory system in access rather than a spreadsheet
