    Secondary vertical axis and labeling

    Hi,

Need help with a service desk chart.

I have a bar graph that shows resource utilisation as a percentage for each staff member. To cross reference the data, i need to add the amount of ticket they closed per staff member.

Was thinking to bar graph it along the secondary vertical axis but not sure if that's the best way or how the labeling would or should look like?

    Many thanks for any help,

You could make the bars for individuals narrower and plot the overall utilisation at maximum width in the background..
    1.Add the overall utilisation series
2.Move all the individ series to the secondary axis and narrow them (Secondary axis displays at the front)
    3. Widen the Overall series so it acts as a backdrop for the individual results
    Elegant Simplicity............. Not Always

Thanks. next question would be that the overall tickets resolved data which your explaining as the overall series need to be the small color and have a single label but be individual agent values retrieve from excel tables. does that make sense?
