Changing dates in data to years in chart

    Hi!

I have data with insulin levels of a patient on dates ranging from august 2001 to march 2013 (there in my data as 01-08-2001 etc). I want to make a chart that still shows the different insulin levels in a year, but only showing the year in the chart, not the months. So say theres three measurements in 2002, in jan, may and dec, that i see that theres three measurements in 2002, not showing the months, but showing the distance between the measurements as if there were months. Hope this is an adequate explanation.

Feels like there is an easy solution, but i just cant figure it out. Hope you can help me!

    Kind regards,

    Rosanne

    Hi Rosanne89,

    welcome to the forums.

You can add another column with a formula that only pulls out the year.

You may also want to see if this post helps you as well.
