X and Y axis to cross down the middle - Mac Excel 2008

Hi there,

I am an absolute newbie with Excel. I have been trying all day to create a graph whereby the x and y axis cross down the middle as they do in the attachment. I would like the x axis values to be between -20 and 20 and the y axis to be between -3 and 3.
