How overlay 5 hours of bar chart data onto 24 hours of line chart data

I'm right clicking on the plot area, selecting data, adding a legend entry to the left hand column, but the 5 data points aren't appearing on the chart? Instead, once i've added a secondary axis and flipped it upside down, only one data entry of '1' is appearing everytime? How do i fix this? What am i doing wrong?
