How can I make times from midnight to 4 am appear as 24:00 to 28:00 of the previous day?

Basically, when I'm awake at 2 am, it's not that I've risen early, but rather that I have yet to go to bed.
When I graph data points with the time of day on the x-axis, it looks bizarre because data passed midnight appear at the beginning of the x-axis though they should be at the end (the end of my working day). I've attached a picture.
I'd like to make hours between midnight and 4 am display as being between 24:00 and 28:00.
How may I do that in Excel 2010?
    Thanks!

Can you attach your workbook so we can work on your data and see what can be done?

For your graph, I don't think you really need the HOUR format for column D.
Place this formula in column D and make its format NUMBER with 2 decimals.
Rearrange the x axis of your graph and you'r done.

You can change the trigger 4:00 AM in the formula if you need to.
    Hope this helps.
