Pivot Table to Group and Transpose data with a common identifier

I have a very large data set that I need to format per the attached spreadsheet.

Essentially, I have data for individual people that own a varying number of unique accounts. Think of Customer A having 25 unique accounts and Customer B having 4 unique accounts, etc. The data set is around 12,000 individuals long and with varying number of accounts. The data is currently in grouped in a single row, but I'd like to transpose this into columns for each individual (i.e. customer A in cell A1, Account 1 in Cell B1, Account 2 in Cell B 2, etc....)
