Radar Chart that is filled in showing quarter progress

I am trying to create a filled radar chart that shows progress from quarter to quarter based on %, when I do the line option, you can see the progress, when you choose the fill option, the last quarter overlays the first quarter progress. I tried to see if I could send the second quarter in the background, but I don't see that option.
