I need to use formulas to mimic the data and the graphs.

For the second one I had to convert Fahrenheit to Celsius I did it each cell individually with a formula. How would I use a formula to convert known values in column A and convert to what I need using a formula in column B right next to it? That's the assignment.

I'm sorry, I'm still not positive I am understanding what you are asking, but maybe this will help. If you need to convert the values in column A into a different unit and display in column B enter the conversion formula in column B and replace the variables with cell references (A2, A3, etc.). You don't have to manually enter a new formula in each cell, you can drag to fill and the cell references will update automatically.

I think the easiest way to fill down is to copy the cell with the original formula then select all the cells you want to have that formula and paste.

If you are looking for something different, let me know and I will try to help.
