Two data series with two axes in a column chart

Hi all,

I am trying to duplicate a chart from a study to match the layout of my own paper. However, I have some difficulties with the columns as they lay on top of each other instead of side-by-side. Is there a clever mind who have a solution to my problem?

I have attached a spread sheet containing the data and a screen print of the original chart.
