Re: Pivot table- Select only items having two different variables

Thanks Sixth sense for your time. May be I was not clear in my question

I need to pick up only those customers who have ordered products "AB" and CD" together. In this example- Karimbinal Corporate ordered only "CD" and it got seleicted. I need to ignore this because this cutomer did not order "AB"

If a customer has ordered products "AB" and "CD" , then it should get selected.

    Please see attached sheet

Re: Pivot table- Select only items having two different variables

Thanks Sixth Sense , it worked. I am getting the result thanks heaps. But when I am using this for a maaisve file, it is taking to time to populate the result.

Not being too greedy here, just wondering if there was a quicker result which can be used against a file have 12000 lines

    THanks heaps.

If your excel version is 2007 then we can use countifs which run faster than sumproduct. Due to version issue I just gone for sumproduct.

Or use a helper column so that we can able to user countif and avoid sumproduct usage.
