Hi all,
so I have an Rsquared matrix. My x axis is a distance measure at 400 meter intervals and at every interval there is an R2 value. so when I create a line graph I get multiple lines as a go from 0 to 5000 meters. Basically I'd like to be able to 'cluster' the lines based on the 'line's shape and characteristic. I've tried 'Area' and 'Integration' but I don't think it works very well... I've tried K Mean clustering that doesn't work either.

Beyond just subjectively looking at the excel line graph and visually seeing that some lines are closer together and therefore a potential cluster, I wondered if excel has a function where it could allocate an index based upon the clustering of my sample - is this a possibility?

many thanks all.
