I would like to plot out the meeting time but cannot do it with charts

Hi, I have say 16 types of meetings (total of 91) througout the year and I wold like to plot them out so that the Y axis has the meetings and the X axis is say from January to December.

Can you help? The data is per below or in the attached file. Thanks.

I've modified one of my calendar files to display this as a monthly calendar. In the Activities sheet you can list the meeting and date in any order. In the Calendar sheet you can select the month and year using the drop-downs in K3 and K4, and the display will change automatically to show up to 7 events per day - you have no more than 3 meetings per day.

Thanks, Pete. I was thinking of having a time series chart per type of meetings (there are 16 of them) but your solution is actually more user friendly. Thanks a lot.
