Chart Title based on 3 different cells

Using the forumla bar I want to replace the title in a chart with 3 different cells.

    X37 - Variances
    X38 - Date Value
    X39 - Date Value

Basically I want the Chart Title to display: "Variances 05/01/13 to 05/25/13"

    Thanks for any help.

    *** UPDATE ***

It looks like I need to create a reference cell, so I am using the following formula
    =X37 & " " & V38 & " to " & V67

But since V38 and V67 are dates it displays as:
    "Variances 41390 to 41419"

How can I edit that formula to display V38 and V67 as dates?

    Thanks,
    Nick

Ok I figured it out, I am using:
    =X37 & " " &TEXT(V38," mm/dd/yy") & " to " &TEXT(V67," mm/dd/yy")

    That seems to work.
