Selecting an Item From a Pivot Table

I have a pivot table where I want the user to select a beginning destination and the pivot table then displays all possible end destinations and how much it would cost to get to that destination from the beginning destination. I then want the user to be able to select an end destination and have that destination returned to another sheet.

Right now my table allows you to select the beginning destination and then it displays the end destination along with the associated cost but I can't figure out a way to select only one of the end destinations.

Other methods would work as well.

    Thanks in advance.
