to design conditional chart

I have a business plan. I listed activities and the rates for each activities. I need to a chart;

- When I write "done" to d column, I want to show what % of the work going on.
Is it possible on the excel chart? could you help me?

Sorry, I can not explain what I want. The chart is to show what % completed the work. For example when I write "done" in d3and d4 cells, the chart show me that 20%of the work is completed.

So basically you need a automation in % of work completion. Not in Excel chart...
