How do I make a chart that only selects certain data from one column? please help :) !

Hey guys, first off let me start buy saying that this website has saved my *** SO many times. Thanks so much to everyone around here, from the people asking questions to the guys, who god knows how, know the answers to them! you're geniuses.

MY PROBLEM: I have a set of dynamic data. It refreshes from the server whenever i ask it too. One of the columns is a SITE column, which contains the site location. There are only three locations. NL AT and SG. I need to set something up so that I can make three separate dual axis charts, one for each location. I need this to work every time I refresh the data. My idea is to just select the entire column when i create the charts so that when the data refreshes, the charts will just add the new data. What I don't know how to do is separate the three sites from one another. I know this is possible, as I've seen much more complicated things asked and solved on this magical website. If there is some way to "select only' certain data in the creation of the chart, I may even like to split it in to a few more charts for seperate PLATFORMS , which is another column that i have.

I'm thinking i need to use "countif" functions? I'm not sure though my research is saying that a pivot table might be good as well...

I forgot to mention as well that the COLUMNS ARE FIXED in this data. Let me specify a little more, I'm going to upload a sample file. I need to make a set of graphs, not just 1, that compares fp_pass_qty to FPY for EACH platform through the different weeks. IN this situation it will always be a rolling 12 weeks. I know how to make a dual axis chart, but the issue is that I don't know how the make this process standard and able to refresh it everytime for every different form_factor. I CAN USE MACROS, I just need some guidance guys. Any help is appreciated.
