Possible to change color of a bar chart based on it's value?

I guess this falls in to charting conditional formatting. Let's say I have a simple bar chart that represents four columns of data, each number in the column has some simple conditional formatting which changes color based on if the data is greater or less than a specific value. For the columns that qualify is it possible to add the color change to the bar chart? For example col2 and col4 would be green, col3 red, and col1 remaining blue. Not sure if this is possible but thought it was worth looking in to.
