Group dates in chart by weekdays

Hi,

In the attached file there are two columns. Send completion date and open rate. I would like to create a chart where Axis X shows days of the week - from Monday to Sunday and Axis Y shows the unique open rate. So I can see from the curve at what time of which weekday is the best open rate. In other words, I donīt know how to group all the dates by weekdays in the chart.
