Making last known data point show as value on graph?

    Hi guys (and ladies)

I have been trying to figure out how to make this happen.

I currently have a graph, which is updated daily. I need the last known data point of the graph, to show as a number so you quickly can see where you stand (it's a performance graph for a tradingfloor).

Obviously, as the data gets updated day to day, I need the newest value (last data point of the graph) to automatically show.

A screenshot of the graph is attached.
I need the last data point to automatically show it's value (data point).

How can this be done, if even possible?
