How to use scatter chart (XY) in Excel 2010?

Hi,
Suppose I have a list of countries, and two data for each: its highest point (in meters) and lowest point.
I need to draw XY chart, so I first marked the "highest"/"lowest" columns and drew XY chart. What I got is a collection of points (for example 1,200,-500).
My question is: How do I add the country's name to that chart?

*Update* I have just been updated that Excel 2010 does not enable it. However an add-in (with a very short installation time) solved the porblem in a minute. Since I do not know if the forum allows to add exteral links, I would suggest everyone who has the same problem just to google for add-in's..

I assume you used the xy chart labeler addin

xl2013 now has built feature to link data labels to cells.

The addin I installed called XY Chart Labeler version 7.1.05. It's the same, isn't it?

I am glad to hear that Microsoft inserted the feature into the sowtware..
