Pivot Chart Trend Lines by x-Axis category

Attached is my chart.

I am searching for a way to add a line through each x-axis category of the average of that category.
For example I would like to insert a line of the average vacancy amount on top of just the vacancy group, and the same for each of my x-axis categories.

Is there a way to do this?
