I am trying to create a chart that is displaying time series data over previous years. Where the problem lies is I want to do 10+ years and they are very similar values, therefore I was wondering if it was possible to turn on and off certain years so its not as clustered. I was also wondering if it was possible to snap to a certain time period, i.e. choose a certain day during the year, and have the chart snap to that date with a range + and - 10 days.

Certainly you can do this with the Offset formula. Here is how it works:

Then link your dates into the offset formula to get the date range you want.
