Scrollbar to control chart week range

I'm trying to setup a simple chart (pivot or otherwise - doesn't matter) that has a week range that is driven by a scrollbar. I'd like to be able to simply get the values for each day and display them in a chart. Attached is the type of data I'm working with and I wasn't sure which route to take (standard table or pivot and then standard chart or pivot chart)? Both have a scrollbar above them, but not sure how to set it up to simply change the data based on the day selected from the scrollbar.
I'd like the layout of the chart to be just like the PivotChart on Sheet1.
