Hi all,
I am having difficulties graphing some data that I have. I have included the excel file below if this helps. I want to graph two things against one another, but each of the two sets of data has five columns of information. The 'X' axis should be the DN from the K column, and the 'Y' axis should be the DN from the B column. I want to graph the data in terms of its relative abundance- the numbers of data points are given, as well as the percent of the total that this consists of. I ultimately want to do regression analysis on these two data sets, but I just want to start with creating a graph first. I know how to create a normal graph, but I'm pretty lost about how to do this. Any input at all would be appreciated. Thanks.
