I've had success using the information on this forum for various projects but I am now stuck.
I have a report that I run where I pull in Data for the Current Month and Year as well as the Current Month and Last Year. I.E., I pull Jan 2013 Data and Jan 2012 Data.
The pivot pulls in information from an SQL Cube Database. The Date Field can be broken down from "CY YEAR"->"Q# CY YEAR"->month->date.
Note that I have no idea what CY stands for but it is just there.
I have written 01/01/2013 in cell A1. I want the pivot to only show Jan 2013 and Jan 2012 data. So on the Date Field, there should only be a tick mark on:
CY 2012->Q1 CY 2012->Jan
and
CY 2013->Q1 CY 2013->Jan
Is this possible? I have seen some examples of coding that filters based on one value but haven't seen anything like what I need.
