Pivot displaying 0 when there is a zero count

Is it possible for the pivot to display a 0 when there is no data for a particular label? In the example provided, when I refresh the pivot daily, there is a row label, 40918, that would reside between 40023 and 1011 in the pivot (highlighted in Yellow). But because this refresh of data does not have any data today, the column obviously does not display. This causes problems for my other links I have in place and the positioning of the rest of the data. Is there any way to solve for this issue so that it would at least insert a column with a 0 total? Thanks!

    Hey!

Right Click on the Pivot Table >> Pivot Table Options >> For Empty Cells Show (And Put what ever you want)

    Hope this helps..

It still does not pull in the 40918 column and I'm guessing because it has not values at all that would trigger it to be brought in. Any other thoughts? Thanks Deep.

if there is no row in the source data for that item at all then the column will not appear. I suggest you fix your other links whatever they are, or ensure there is always an entry for that column field, even if all its data is blank

it may be, if you have the table set to retain old items and the field set to display items with no data, that you can retain the column-hard to be sure as you did not post an actual pivot table ;-)
