Linking Pivot table to a Shape or Text Box

    Hey everyone,

I am trying to link pivot table info to a text box. I get an error every time.

I can only get it to work in a cell. Pivot table is on different worksheet.

    Formula shows as:

    =GETPIVOTDATA("XX",PIVOT!$A$6,"Unit","XXX","EQUIP Type","XXX")

I removed the column and row names in the above.

    Please help.

    Thanks,
    Shane

you will need to use a cell to hold the formula and then link the textbox to the cell.
    Cheers
