Linking to another workbook and Pivot Table

I have two questions. the first being more important than the later. I want one of my sheets to reflect another sheet/workbook from a different server address O:\DOM\MTF Database\EXCEL DATA.xls : So to clarify, I want this sheet t obe present on the attached workbook.

My other question is on this attachment, How can I make a Pivot table with charts to reflect the capacity for C42-C60?
