Excel 2011 Chart display is backwards

I'm running microsoft office 2011 for mac and when I try to create a chart the chart display is backwards, meaning the bars start on the right and go to the left. How can I change this so that the legend is on the left and the bars start on the left.

Click the chart, choose Chart Tools, Layout, Labels -> Legend, and set which side you wish it to be on.
