So this is my first post her on this forum so lets see how it goes.
I have an Excel sheet that connects directly to a Cube using data connection. I want to create a simple P&L sheet. So i have time as filter, and amount as meassure. So far so good.
When i want to deploy the accounts as a dimension i have an issue. The Hierachy defined in the cube is a Ragged Hierachy so it starts with
"Net Income"
when i open it i get more fields, like operating profit, other income, other expenses when i open that i get the accounts and so on.
The issue is i get a tree and all i really want is a classical layout with the aggregation Net income, operating profit and so on.

As you can see the more i drill the more information i get.
THis works fine in a BI tool as it can reverse the sort order and i get the exact result that i want, but in pivot in excel i cant seem to find the solution.
Any help on this matter would be greatly appriciated.
In the cube there are no aggregation lines so its crated in the hierachy.
