Pivot Table: Not all source records have been copied. ???

when I try to create a pivot table using this small worksheet in the below link, I always get a message 'not all source records have been copied' yet it displays all source records? I have spent many hours searching for a solution with no success. Why would Excel give this error on such a simple task? it does not matter how many rows this data has 1-10000 same error, if I go to Insert -> Pivot table, select any fields in the pivot table. It counts correctly, it even displays the result correctly, but always give me the message 'not all source records have been copied' I really do not get it and any help would be amazing!

Using excel 2007 and no problem at all.

Not with the data in Copleteness Matrix.

Not with the data in sheet 2.

I also removed the table into "normal data"

And after that just run a pivot table, without faillure pop up's.
Notice my main language is not English.

I appreciate it, if you reply on my solution.

Thanks for your reply but I saved the file in XLS format and recreate the pivot table, the pivot table creates fine but when selecting the 'count of tenant' and a the new sheet is generated the messag 'not all source records have been copied' still exists.

Try limiting your data to less than 256 columns, and refresh your data. Any data in columns 257 or greater will not copy to the new sheet.

I know it must be a simple change, but can not figure out how to make the pivot do the subtraction.
