Graphing Dynamic Named Ranges, starting one range in the middle of X-Axis

I am trying to create a line graph with two data series for 2013. Points through September are based on experience and October, November and December are projections. I need the projections months to be graphed in a different color than the past months. Each time I use this tool, Projection months change, IE (if I use this tool in January then February through December are projected). I know how to create a dynamic named range that adjusts projection vs experience months based on a date input. The problem is displaying the projection months in the middle of the graph. Right now September's projected value is displayed in January. I need it to be displayed in November.

This tool has many graphs like this so, I would like the graphs to appropriately update the data series formatting based on the inputted Projection start value.

    I have an example attached.

Any thoughts on how I can do this?

    Thanks

You need to pad the named ranges with empty cells so the number of data points is correct.

I think you will need special formula for when there is no real or projected data

I see what you're saying. So since the current year's experience will be the same for all graphs, then to pad the projected values, I can just use a single dynamic named range of blank cells to pad each projected data series.
