Question I want to add an average column to a pivot table

    Heya Folks,

So I'm having a bit of a problem. Here we go. . . . . I report on several teams performance, So accuracy is very important. I need to get a team score for some metrics this is proving difficult to do efficiently as the agents score is given as an average of their interactions but then the team score would be an average of these averages.

So i have gotten the pivot to sum the sample sizes for the whole team and then sum the preferable outcomes this is working fine but i want to display the team averages as a % for comparison and using the pivot table to do this would be the best way to gather this data without adding too many more steps to the process.

Any help here would be much appreciated,
    Cheers
    Rob
